A Complete Home Transformation Designed for Modern Family Living

This Surrey home was transformed through a carefully planned renovation and rear extension, creating a more spacious, practical and considered property throughout.

The aim was to improve both the appearance of the house and the way it worked day to day. The front elevation was updated to give the property a stronger and more refined identity, while the rear was opened up to create a brighter connection between the main living spaces and garden.

Every part of the project was considered as one complete transformation, from the external finishes and glazing to the internal layout, natural light and overall flow of the home.

Completed home renovation in Surrey

The Design

A Stronger Exterior With a More Considered and Cohesive Finish

The front of the property was carefully updated using black-framed glazing, contrasting timber detailing, refreshed brickwork and a more defined entrance to give the house a confident but balanced appearance.

The proportions, roof detailing and external materials were all considered together so the finished property felt refined and substantial without losing the character of the original home.

The Result

A Brighter, More Practical Home That Feels Connected Throughout

At the rear, the extension introduced large areas of glazing and a more open ground-floor layout, bringing natural light deep into the property and creating a much stronger relationship with the garden.

The new space provides greater flexibility for cooking, dining, relaxing and entertaining, while the wider renovation has improved how each part of the home connects.

The result is a complete home transformation that feels more spacious, more refined and far better suited to modern family life.

From the external appearance and entrance through to the rear glazing, internal layout and garden connection, each part of the project was designed to work together. This created a home that feels consistent from front to back, with a clearer layout, stronger identity and a finish that will continue to work well for years to come.
