This bespoke new-build home in Banstead was designed to create a spacious, practical and well-balanced family property with a clean contemporary finish.

From the overall proportions and roof design to the glazing, internal layout and connection to the garden, every element was considered as part of one complete build.

The Design

A Clean, Contemporary Home With Strong Proportions and Practical Living Space

The exterior combines crisp render, black-framed windows and a carefully balanced roofline to give the property a strong but understated appearance.

Inside, the layout was planned to make the most of natural light, create generous family spaces and provide a clear connection between the main living areas and garden.

The Result

A Modern Family Home That Feels Considered From Front to Back

The completed home offers the space, flexibility and finish needed for modern family life, with a layout that works equally well for everyday living and entertaining.

Large rear openings connect the main living spaces to the garden, while the restrained exterior gives the property a clean, cohesive and lasting appearance.

The result is a high-quality new build that feels practical, comfortable and carefully resolved throughout.

Designed as One Complete Home

Every Decision Made With the Finished Home in Mind

From the footprint and roofline to the position of the windows, main living spaces and garden access, each part of the home was considered together. This helped create a property that feels balanced externally, flows naturally inside and makes the most of the available plot.
